Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the Sites. By using the Sites, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. - The Sites are owned and operated by Calla Lily Clinical Care Limited (“We”). We are a Limited Company registered in England and Wales under Company number 13417472. Our registered office is at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

Accessibility
- Access to the Sites is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Sites without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason the Sites is unavailable at any time or for any period.
- In order to register on the Sites you must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
- We aim to update the Sites regularly and reserve the right to suspend, change, modify, add or remove aspects of the Content available on the Sites at any time. Any of the information on the Sites may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update such material. - We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Sites, and in the Content published on them.

- Some people in images used on the Sites are models. All persons shown in images used on the Sites have given their consent to the use of their image by us.

Viruses, Hacking and other offences
- You must not:
- misuse the Sites by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Sites, the server on which the Sites are stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Sites; or
- attack the Sites via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
- By breaching this clause 10.1, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Sites will cease immediately.
- We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Sites or to your downloading of any material on it, or on any website linked to it.

General
- The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Sites although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
